Hi Jan, this is Modern and with a printed design and then hand painted, Im afraid this would have a low collectors value because of it being printed.

This is not Chinese, or 20th century, or both, in my view. It is not a Chinese shape or decoration. The handles look more western style. What is baffling that it has a Jiaqing zhuanshu character mark.

Probably made in Europe or Japan. The mark is apocryphal. I do not think this could be old (Qing dynasty) export because of the shape and foot rim/base.
